Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Production time

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Made-to-order and personalised pieces are dispatched after the production time shown on each product page.

Delivery times

• Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

When your order leaves the studio, we send you an email with tracking information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel. They are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. They are paid by the recipient, and customs clearance can add time to the delivery.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped and packed individually to travel safely. If a parcel arrives damaged, please see "Damaged or faulty items" in our Refund policy.
