Archive

Limited collections we have made over the years, each one an exploration of a technique, a clay or a surface. They are no longer in regular production, but most of them can be made again as a series for restaurants, hotels, shops, galleries and corporate gifts.

Scroll through the collections below and send us a request for the one you like.

Heritage series

Kurinuki

Kurinuki is a Japanese technique in which each piece is carved out of a solid block of clay instead of being thrown or built. We cut the outer form first and then hollow it out by hand, so every cup keeps the marks of the knife and no two are alike.

The series includes cups for espresso and cappuccino and small serving pieces in red clay and porcelain, some left raw and some finished with a single flowing glaze.

Terra Lumina

Terra Lumina brings an old, earthy spirit into modern form. Sculptural plates, leaf-shaped trays, cups and centrepieces are shaped by hand and finished with bronze details that catch the light.

The pieces are functional and made for serving, yet they stand on the table like small objects of decoration.

Heritage series

Unfinished Sympathy

A collection that shows the soul of the material. We left the surfaces unglazed or only partly glazed, so the clay stays visible with its colour, grain and natural texture.

Vases, cups and bowls in porcelain, sand-coloured and dark clay, with folds and irregular rims that keep the trace of the hand.

Artistic Traces

Brushstrokes, drips and splashes of colour catch the spontaneity of the artist's hand. Each piece is painted freely and becomes a one-off canvas in porcelain, sometimes finished with touches of gold and platinum.

Alienistic

An experiment where colour meets tradition. Hand-shaped porcelain in bright glazes, with running edges, twisted feet and pinched walls, so the pieces feel a little strange and very much alive, like objects from another world.

The series includes serving bowls, cake stands, candle holders and pinched cups.

Indigo

Saturated cobalt and hand-drawn lines on white porcelain create sharp contrast and a graphic depth. The series pays tribute to the blue and white tradition in ceramics and gives it a modern, freer hand.

Plates, serving trays, cups and teapots, each drawn one by one.

Color porcelain

Marbled

Inspired by the beauty of natural stone. Coloured porcelain clays are layered and folded together, so the pattern runs through the whole body of the piece rather than sitting on the surface. Every cup and bowl has its own fluid, painterly veining.

Color porcelain

Chocolate

A rich, sculptural collection that looks good enough to eat. The pieces are hand-shaped in deep brown clay, carved and textured, and some are finished with a glossy or white glaze that seems to melt over the edge.

Trays, bowls, cake stands and pinched cups for a warm, dark table.

Color porcelain

Geologica

Layered coloured porcelain and flowing glazes echo mineral formations and the veins in stone. Raw, grounded and very tactile, each piece reads like a small cross-section of the earth.
