Liberty London

Founded by Arthur Lasenby Liberty in 1875, Liberty is one of London’s landmark destinations for design and craftsmanship. Its Tudor-style store on Great Marlborough Street brings together textiles, homewares and objects by makers from around the world, with a tradition of discovering distinctive work.

Our Color Collection is part of that selection: handmade porcelain in vibrant glazes, shaped and finished in our Sofia studio. It brings our approach to colour and the individual character of handmade pieces to Liberty’s homeware collection.

Made with you

Your own glaze, your own shape

Many of our partners carry pieces that exist only on their shelves. We start from our collections and adapt the glaze, the color or the shape to your space and your customers, then keep the recipe so you can reorder the same piece season after season.

Every piece is shaped and glazed by hand in our studio in Sofia, so small differences between pieces are part of what your customers buy.

Questions

What shops and galleries ask

  • Is there a minimum order?

You can start small with pieces from our collections. Exclusive glazes and shapes have a minimum quantity, which depends on the piece. Ask us and we will tell you right away.

  • How do I get wholesale prices?

Send us a request with a few words about your shop and we will reply with our wholesale price list.

  • How long does an order take?

Pieces from our collections leave the studio in 3–4 weeks. Adapted glazes take 5–7 weeks with sampling, and a full custom design 8–10 weeks.

  • Can I reorder the same piece later?

Yes. We keep the glaze recipes and shapes, so any piece can be made again. Each one is handmade, so small differences from piece to piece are normal.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide with DHL, wherever delivery is possible, in professional ceramic packaging.

  • Can the pieces go in the microwave or the oven?

Pieces in porcelain and stoneware without lustre are microwave safe. They are not made for the oven.
