Architect and designer with 15+ years under her belt, Maria runs Pottery & Poetry with an eye for form, proportion, and how materials actually work. Her approach connects architecture and craft in ways that give the studio its own visual voice and high technical bar.
Elena Minkova
Senior Designer / Ceramist
Elena knows ceramic design and materials inside out. She brings aesthetic sense and serious technical chops together—especially when it comes to surfaces and form. A lot of what makes the studio’s work recognizable comes from her expertise.
Mina Zlateva
Production Manager / Ceramist
Mina has a sculptor’s eye and brings that sensitivity to how pieces are made. Her grasp of form and material gives each object its spatial and tactile character. She runs production with precision, making sure every detail reflects real craftsmanship.
