White porcelain inside. On the rim – a bronze glaze with green patina that develops in the kiln. We don’t fully control it. The temperature does. Every plate comes out with a slightly different surface – more bronze here, more green there.
The interior is smooth and wide, with a deep well that holds sauces and gives the chef room to plate. Works for main courses, pasta, and composed fine dining dishes.
Dishwasher safe. Built for professional use.

Every piece is handmade in Sofia, Bulgaria, only after your order is placed — reducing waste and allowing us to tailor each item with care. We don’t use pottery wheels; our techniques are slow, manual, and focused on form and detail. Slight variations in shape, size, or glaze tone are part of the process — and proof of its authenticity.
All items are food-safe and suitable for heating and dishwasher use, except those decorated with gold or other lustres, which should be washed by hand and never heated. Handwashing is always recommended to preserve each piece for years to come.
