The rim is where the forest comes in: a thick glaze breaks into cream, amber and brown, with dark spots and pale rings that look like lichen on bark or light on a forest floor. Every rim fires differently, so each plate in a set is its own.

The shape is asymmetric and slightly raised at the edges, which holds sauces and gives the chef a long surface for a composed plate, a tasting course or a shared starter.

Made for service: dishwasher safe and fired to be strong and hard-wearing, for daily use across a whole dining room.

Size: 32 × 16 cm.
