Created for the second episode of Materia Mensa, in collaboration with Amor y Sal, this plate draws its form from the primal geometry of the egg – a vessel of origin, nourishment, and quiet perfection.<\/p>\n
Its glazed interior holds and reflects liquid like a contained world – broths, yolks, and subtle colors unfolding in depth. The curved form allows the dish to gather naturally, guiding every movement of the spoon. The exterior remains transparently glazed with, preserving the beautiful warm white color of our porcelain. Each plate is unique.<\/p>\n
Designed specifically for the dish featured in Episode 2 – „Ab Ovo…“ , this plate is not a passive surface but an active structure – shaping how the food rests, moves, and is experienced. It brings together form and function in a way that feels instinctive, almost inevitable.<\/p>\n
